新型女用安全套在上海30对夫妇中使用的可接受性研究

Acceptability of Woman′s Condom among 30 Couples in Shanghai,China

摘要: 目的:评价美国适宜卫生科技组织(Program for Appropriate Technology in Health,PATH)研发的新型女用安全套(Woman′s Condom,WC)的失效模式、可接受性和安全性。方法:本研究为单组开放临床研究,30对研究对象在3周内使用4个WC,随访在使用过程中有无发生破裂、脱落、错位、内陷等临床失效情况,评价WC的安全性;通过调查问卷和访谈了解使用者对WC的评价和可接受性。结果:WC的使用过程简单,79.3%使用者评价放置容易,20.7%评价一般,评价困难的为0。无一例对象在性交过程中发生WC位置改变,86.2%的女性对象和69.0%的男性对象认为WC对性快感没有影响,3.4%的女性对象和3.4%的男性对象认为增加性快感,10.3%的女性对象和27.6%的男性对象认为降低性快感。96.6%的女性对象和93.1%的男性对象对WC表示满意和一般,仅有3.4%的女性对象和6.9%的男性对象表示不满意。不良反应发生率为0.4%(1/234)。结论:WC容易使用,使用过程稳定、舒适,可接受性好。

Abstract: Objective: To evaluate the performance,acceptability and safety of Woman′s Condom(WC) in China. Methods:This is a single-arm,open study. 30 couples were enrolled into the study and asked to use 4 WCs in 3 weeks. Data were collected via questionnaires and interviews. Results:WC is easy to use. 79.3% users reported the insertion process was easy,20.7% moderate and none difficult. WC location did not move during intercourse. For the affection on sexual pleasure,86.2% females and 69.0% males answered "no affect",3.4% females and 3.4% males "enhanced" and 10.3% females and 27.6% males "interfered". 96.6% females and 93.1% males expressed "satisfactory" or "okay" for the general feel of WC,only 3.4% females and 6.9% males expressed "unsatisfactory". The incidence of adverse events was 0.4%(1/234). Conclusions:The Woman′s Condom is easy to use,stable and acceptable,with high comfort level and satisfaction.
