妊娠相关血浆蛋白 A早期筛查唐氏综合

The Application of PAPP鄄A on Down’s Syndrome Screening at the Early Pregnancy

摘要： 唐氏综合征（Down’s Syndrome, DS）又称21-三体综合征，是人类最早发现且最常见的常染色体病。其危害严重，自然发生率高，做好其产前筛查具有重要意义。妊娠相关血浆蛋白A(Pregnancy assoociated plasmaprotein A, PAPP-A)是妊娠早期DS筛查的有效母体血清标志物, 单项检测效果相当或好于其他血清标志物。双联检测以PAPP-A+β-hCG为最佳组合。结合胎儿颈后透明层（NT）检出DS有明显提高, PAPP-A是妊娠早期DS筛查最有希望的一项指标。目前其筛查指标多为单胎妊娠指标，双胎妊娠筛查指标缺乏统一、公认的标准值，需进一步完善。

Abstract: Down’s Syndrome, which also named Trisomy 21，is the first discovered and the most common autosomal disease in human being. It is with serious harm and high incidence of abiogenesis. It has an important significancefor prenatal screening. Pregnancy assoociated plasmaprotein A(PAPP-A) is an effective maternal serum markers of Down’s syndrome screening at the early pregnancy, and the effect of the single detection is equal to or better than the other serum markers. The best combination of the double-detection is PAPP-A+β-hCG. The multiple-detection with NT improved obviously, and PAPP-A is the most promising index of Down’s syndrome screening at the early pregnancy. At present, the main screening index is only for the single-pregnancy, and the screening index of twin pregnancy is lack of a unified, common value standards which need to be improved.
