摘要： 未成熟人卵母细胞体外成熟（IVM）具有治疗简单、药物使用少，减轻患者经济负担、避免卵巢过度刺激等优点，是治疗不孕症的新手段，也为赠卵以及女性生育力保存提供了新的途径，已成为生殖医学领域日益热门和关注的课题。综述目前IVM临床应用范围、应用的安全性、IVM的临床妊娠率，并展望其发展前景。

Abstract: In-vitro maturation of occytes（IVM） is a new method for infertility treatment. It is characterized by the simple proceed，the decreased drug use and medical fee，and the avoided OHSS. It also provides a new approach for oocytes donation and fertility preservation. So， IVM is one of the hottest focal points of reproductive medicine. In this paper， we reviewed the clinical application of IVM， and its safety and pregnant rate， as well as its new progress.
