皮下埋植避孕剂出血不良反应及安全性的研究进展

摘要： 皮下埋植避孕剂释放单纯孕激素是用于育龄妇女常用的避孕方法，常引起出血不良反应和一些可能不利于健康的安全性问题。对皮下埋植避孕剂引起出血的原因和治疗，以及脑膜瘤、骨密度改变、血栓形成、血化学指标等皮下埋植避孕剂相关的安全性问题的研究进展进行了阐述。

关键词: 孕激素类, 皮下埋植避孕剂, 出血, 安全

Abstract: The subcutaneous implants with releasable progestin were popular contraceptive methods for reproductive age women. They were possible to cause abnomal uterine bleeding and potential adverse problems for health. Research progress on the pathogeny and treatment of uterine bleeding， as well as meningioma， bone density，thromboembolism risk and blood chemical parameter related with subcutaneous implants were described in this paper.
