摘要： 针对有关男性是否也有更年期及更年期综合征的争议，依次对男性更年期健康的定义与
内涵、雄激素下降是否为男性更年期健康问题的唯一原因、男性更年期是否必须用睾酮治疗等热点问题
逐一进行评述，并提出明确的观点。最后建议对男性更年期健康问题应当树立生命全程健康系统分析及
综合干预的理念与战略。

Abstract: This commentary focused on the existing controversies about male climacteric and male
climacteric syndrome, discussing on the following major topics one by one: definition and scope of male
climacteric health, testosterone decline and male climacteric syndrome, as well as the rationale of testosterone
supplement treatment. It is recommended to develop a whole lifespan systematic analysis and comprehensive
intervention strategy for male climacteric health care and health promotion.
