摘要： 胃泌素释放肽受体GRPR为BLP受体家族中的一员，属于G蛋白耦联受体，因其在肿瘤组织中具有重要的生长效应而倍受关注。研究证实：GRPR在多种人类肿瘤的发生、发展、浸润等方面发挥重要作用。随着对GRPR的研究不断深入，其在妇科肿瘤早期发现、诊断、治疗中的应用也日益广泛。就GRPR结构分布、在肿瘤细胞中的信号传导通路、在妇科肿瘤中的作用及诊断、治疗方面的研究现状做文献综述。

Abstract: GRPR（ gastrin-releasing peptide receptor） as a G protein-coupled receptor is one of the BLP（bombesin-like peptide）family. Because of the important growth effect in tumor tissues, GRPR is much concerned by scholars. Studies have shown that GRPR plays an important role during the occurrence, development and infiltration in various human tumors. With constant deep studies, the GRPR’s applications are increasingly widespread on the early detection, diagnosis and treatment in Gynecologic Oncology. This paper reviewed the structure of GRPR, the signal transduction pathway in tumor cells, the physiological functions, the role of it , as well as the research status in diagnosis and treatment of Gynecologic Oncology.
