摘要：

微小RNA（microRNA）是一种长度约19~25 nt的非编码RNA，通过碱基互补配对与mRNA的3’非翻译区结合降解靶基因或抑制其翻译，进行转录后负调控。迄今，上千种microRNA得到成功鉴定。microRNA不但在细胞的增殖、分化、凋亡、组织更新和干细胞分化过程中发挥作用，且参与生殖细胞发育、成熟和胚胎早期发育、激素分泌等生殖调节。

Abstract:

Recently medical science is undergoing a strategic paradigm shift with a significant mark—so-called “ Concept and Framework of 4P Medicine in 21 Century”, namely Personalized，Predictive，Preventive and Participatory Medicine. In order to reach our magnificent goal” Reproductive Health for All by 2015”, it is necessary to follow and implement the philosophy and practice of 4P medicine, making systematic investigation of various determinants of reproductive health, and developing a comprehensive reproductive heath care package of predictive , preventive, diagnostic and therapeutic services, as well as reproductive health education and promotion.
