摘要： 治疗压力性尿失禁的手术多利用生物型、聚合型吊带或网片来重新修复受损的韧带或加强受损筋膜肌肉组织功能，如经阴道无张力尿道中段悬吊术（TVT），由外向内经闭孔阴道无张力悬吊术（TOT），由内向外经闭孔阴道无张力悬吊术（TVT鄄O）。综合近年研究，对各种利用生物型、聚合型吊带治疗压力性尿失禁的手术对女性性功能的影响做文献综述。

关键词: 压力性尿失禁, 经阴道无张力尿道中段悬吊术, 由内向外经闭孔阴道无张力悬吊术, 由外向内经闭孔阴道无张力悬吊术, 性功能

Abstract: Biotic and synthetic tapes and meshes，such as tension-free vaginal tape，transobturator suburethral tape and transobturator tape and so on，are always used for surgery of stress urinary incontinence to repair the damaged ligament or to reinforce the function of pelvic floor muscle tissue. But there is no unified opinion about their impact on sexual health. This article will make a review about the impact on sexual function according to the resent research.
