摘要： 父母是子女的第一任性教育老师。针对父母与青少年子女交流性相关问题的研究可追溯到20世纪70年代，近年更成为青少年性与生殖健康研究的新焦点。从该研究的状况、影响因素及亲子间交流性问题对青少年性相关态度和行为的影响等方面对有关亲子间交流的研究做文献综述，为中国开展该领域的研究提供科学的信息。

关键词: 青少年, 亲子沟通, 性行为, 性态度

Abstract: Parents are the first sex educators for their children. Research on parent-adolescent communication about sexuality could be traced back to 1970s， and recently have been the new focus in the field of adolescent sexology and reproductive health. In this article， we reviewed the status of parent?鄄child communication on sexｕａｌｉｔｙ， ｔｈｅ ｉｎｆｌｕｅｎｃｉｎｇ ｆａｃｔｏｒｓ， as well as ｔｈｅ ｉｍｐａｃｔ ｏｆ ｃｏｍｍｕｎｉｃａｔｉｏｎ ｏｎ ａｄｏｌｅｓｃｅｎｔｓ’ ｓｅｘｕａｌ ａｔｔｉｔｕｄｅｓ ａｎｄ ｂｅｈａｖｉｏｒｓ， which provided scientific information for Chinese scientists to develop research in this field.
