摘要： 妊娠合并急性胰腺炎在临床上较少见，但由于其临床症状不典型，对母儿造成的危险性、妊娠期体内环境的特殊性和对治疗安全性的要求较高，使妊娠合并急性胰腺炎的诊治成为一大难点。近年出现的以超声内镜和逆行性胰胆管造影等为主的诊断技术及胆囊切除术和括约肌切开术等为代表的治疗方法，大大提高了妊娠合并急性胰腺炎诊断的准确性及敏感性，显著改善了其预后。

Abstract: Acute pancreatitis with pregnancy is rare in clinical， however， it is a serious symptom for both mothers and fetus because of its atypical clinical symptoms. It is also difficult to diagnose and treat the acute pancreatitis with pregnancy for its dspecial environment nature of pregnancy and high security requirements. In recent years， the diagnostic accuracy and sensitivity of acute pancreatitis with pregnancy， and treatment effect， have been greatly increased by the emerged diagnostic techniques based on endoscopic ultrasonography and cholangiopancreatography， as well as the improved therapeutic methods， such as cholecystectomy and sphincterotomy.
