摘要: Nodal作为转化生长因子β(TGF-β)家族重要成员在维持人胚胎干细胞的多潜能性和诱导胚胎组织形成完整体轴方面具有重要作用。近年发现Nodal信号在人胚胎干细胞体外诱导分化进程中也起着关键的作用,同时其还参与包括前列腺癌、睾丸癌、黑色素瘤、卵巢癌、肝癌、胰腺癌等肿瘤的发生机制,但是关于其具体作用机制尚未完全明确。探索Nodal信号在人胚胎干细胞中的作用机制可能对于更加深入了解人类胚胎发育学及为肿瘤发生提供可靠的理论依据。

Abstract: Nodal, a member of TGF-beta family, plays an important role in maintaining pluripotency of human stem cells, and inducing development of embryonic tissues. In recent years, the Nodal signal pathway was also a key in the in vitro differentiation of human embryonic stem cells. Nodal could be involved in the mechanism of prostate cancer, testicular cancer, melanoma, ovarian cancer, liver cancer, pancreatic cancer and other tumors. It provided us reliable theoretical basis on the development of human embryo and tumorigenesis to explore the role of Nodal pathway in human embryonic stem cell.
