摘要: 上海市闸北区中小学从20 世纪80 年代就已开展青春期教育。近年来,闸北区十分重视
开展青少年健康教育工作。特别是在实施《上海市中小学生生命教育指导纲要》的过程中,进一步加强了
这方面工作的实践探索。在推进过程中,关注青少年生命健康成长,创设符合时代特点的青春期教育运行
机制。坚持从学生生命成长的高度,认识青春期教育;坚持从学生需求出发,探索当代学生青春期教育的
规律。不断丰富青春期教育的载体,拓宽青春期教育资源。不断健全青春期教育可持续发展机制,促进青
春期教育的理念创新,使青春期教育的模式、内容、途径、形式、方法不断地加以改进和完善,适应青少年
成长发展的需要。在实际操作中,既重视吸收国际、国内的先进理论、经验,又创设具有区域特点的青春期
教育模式,走出基于生命教育的青春期教育新路。

Abstract: Adolescent education has been conducted in primary and middle schools of Zhabei District
since the 80s in last century. Under the guidance of central 8th document,we attached great importance to this
work in recent years. Particularly in the implementation of “Guidelines of Life Education for Pupils in
Shanghai”,we have further strengthened the practice and exploration in this area. In the advancing process,we
were concerned about the healthy life growth of adolescents and created the operation mechanism of adolescent
education correspond to era characteristics. We insisted on understanding adolescent education from the height
of the development of students’life and exploring the rule of adolescent education taking account into the
needs of students. Besides,we continued to enrich the carrier and broaden the resource of adolescent
education. We also constantly improved the mechanism of its sustainable development and promoted conceptual
innovation in order to make the educational mode,content,approaches,forms,methods adapt to the growth
and development of adolescents. In practice,we not only absorbed international and domestic advance theory
and experience,but also developed the educational mode with regional characteristics,and explored a new
road of adolescent education based on life education.
