Abstract: micro-RNAs(miRNAs), a kind of small non-protein-coding RNAs, appear to interact with specific target mRNAs through partially or complete complementarily. miRNAs may regulate gene expression, which affect cellular biology function. miRNAs may also take part in many procedures of tumorigenesis. In this review, we introduced the research progress on miRNAs in female common diseases of reproductive system, including miRNAs detection, the relationship between miRNAs and pathogenesis of famale reproductive diseases, mechanisms of differentiation related to miRNAs, and potential applications of miRNAs in the prognosis and therapy
