复方口服避孕药的连续服用法

摘要： 随妇女对复方口服避孕药的需求性的提高，对其连续用药法的研究与应用得到发展，有多种配方和用法.。研究表明，连续用药有其优越性：避孕效果好，可改善经前期症状，治疗子宫内膜异位症相关的痛经和盆腔疼痛，改善情绪。同时，连续用药具有出血较少，子宫内膜无不良改变，血栓形成风险低，甲状腺激素、雄激素及止血参数变化正常，不良反应无增加。

Abstract:

It is devecoping gradually for the research and application of continuous administration of
combined oral contraceptives was developed according to the demand of women which has different dosing
regimens and days of extended use. It showed some advantages of continuous administration including better
efficacy of contraception，improvement of pre-menstrual syndrome，treatment of endometriosis-related dysmenorrhea
andpelvic pain and melioration ofmood.In themeantime, ithaslessbleeding,noabnormalendometrialfindings,
low-risk thrombosis,normal parameters of thyroid hormones, androgen and hemostasis and no increasing side
effects.Furtherattention mustbe paid.
