药物胎盘转运体外模型研究进展

摘要： 研究药物胎盘转运对妊娠期安全用药具有重要价值，很多体外实验技术相继展开应用于此。目前，用于研究药物胎盘转运的体外模型有3种，即保留胎盘整个器官的胎盘灌流模型、研究药物跨滋养层细胞转运的BeWo细胞模型、操作更为简便且妊娠各期胎盘组织均可利用的胎盘组织模型。运用适当的模型探讨胎盘调节药物的分布机制，对开发妊娠期用药及确保母体和胎儿的安全性有重要的临床意义。

Abstract: It is important to study the placental transfer of drugs for the drug safety of pregnancy. Many in vitro techniques were applied in this field. There are three models of in vitro placental transfer of drugs，the perfused placental model with whole placenta，the BeWo cell model used for studying the transfer crossing trophoblastic cells，and the placental tissue model which is a useful and simple model developed by the placental tissues at different pregnancy stages. These models were appropriately used to investigate the drug distribution in placenta，which is important for the clinical treatment with fetal safety and drug discovery for pregnant women.
