摘要: 卵巢过度刺激综合征(OHSS)是由促排卵导致的严重的医源性并发症,主要与使用外源性促性腺激素(Gn)有关。目前发病机制尚不清楚,缺乏有效的治疗手段。为进一步研究该病,近年来国内外学者通过不同动物、不同的外源性促性腺激素方案来诱导OHSS的发生,在造模成功的基础上对卵巢的组织学改变、血激素水平、血管活性因子、卵巢及毛细血管通透性等方面进行了探索,对该病发生机制、防治措施的研究有重要意义。

Abstract: Ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome (OHSS),a serious complication of the controlled ovarian hyperstimulation(COH),is related with the exogenous gonadotropins (Gn). The pathogenesis of OHSS is unclear,and there is not effective treatment. Scientists tried to develop animal models in different animals with different protocol of exogenous gonadotropins. With the successfully developed animal models,the pathological changes of ovarian tissues,levels of hormones,vessel active factors, and capillary permeability,have been explored. It is important to explore further the mechanism and precaution of OHSS.
