流产后立即使用复方口服避孕药

摘要： 人工流产是避孕失败后的一种补救措施，然而人工流产会危害育龄妇女身心健康，特别
是重复流产。流产后妇女排卵恢复快，性生活恢复早，造成重复流产发生率增高。因而流产后妇女的避孕
问题备受关注。研究认为，人工流产后立即使用短效复方口服避孕药是一种安全有效的避孕措施，且目前
短效复方口服避孕药的种类繁多，避孕药的不良反应明显减少，安全性提高。

Abstract: Induced abortion is a kind of remedial measure after contraceptive failure. However，
induced abortion is hazardous to the women’s physical and mental health，particularly repeat abortion.
Because of ovulation recovery quickly after abortion and women resumption of sexual life early，the incidence of
repeat abortion increased. So the contraception issue after abortion is widely concerned. At present, some
researchers considered that administration the combined oral contraceptive immediately after abortion is a safe
and effective contraceptive measure. There are a great variety of combined oral contraceptive pills, with fewer
side effects, higher safety.
