Abstract: Education of sexual and reproductive health and rights for the adolescents is essential in
modern society. In this paper, based on the guidelines for project management developed by the World Health
Organization, the authors divided all of the projects on adolescent sexual and reproductive health and rights
(SRHR)into four categories:淤General Projects (harmless);于Hazardous projects;盂Gender鄄sensitive
projects;榆innovative projects. It is believed that gender perspective and tools are of critical importance, for
projects of adolescent sexual and reproductive health and rights. Gender sensitive and innovative projects for
adolescents SRHR should be high lighted,as these projects provide new perspectives, are more creative and
more efficient,in better mobilizing the community members, especially the women in actively participation in
project activities. Therefore, gender sensitive and innovative projects are more sustainable.
