Abstract: n the past 10 years, the assisted reproductive technology (ART) was widely used in clinic. More and more comprehensive clinical centers of reproductive medicine were founded, which had the comprehensive functions of infertility treatment for male and female, genetic diagnosis, clinical and basic research. But there have not been a constant mode how to operate and manage those big comprehensive centers. Through the analysis and comparison of the various operating modes, as well as digital, medical assistant, counseling and other new tools in the reproductive center construction, we discussed the reasonable operation mechanism of the comprehensive reproductive centers. We hoped that this reference should be helpful to develop further the reproductive centers.
