Surrogacy

Abstract: Surrogacy, a technique derived from assisted reproductive technology, brings hope to those infertility women. It also brings a series of social and ethical disputes such as commercialization, covert transtaction, social satus between surrogate mother and offspring. In this paper, I introduce the definition of surrogacy, its classification and legislation in world. After that, I raised a number of questions worth thinking about.
