Role of Integrin in Gynecologic Diseases and Reproduction

Abstract: Integrin, a member of the adhesion molecule family, plays an important role in the common gynecological diseases and reproductive health. Integrin was found to be related to ovarian cancer,endometrial cancer,endometriosis,cervical cancer,trophoblast cells diseases,and reproductive diseases. The research on integrin is benefit for prevention,diagnosis,treatment,and prognosis of gynecological diseases,as well as reproductive health and aristogenesis. In this paper,the function of integrin in the field of gynecologic diseases was reviewed.
