Abstract: In-vitro maturation of occytes（IVM） is a new method for infertility treatment. It is characterized by the simple proceed，the decreased drug use and medical fee，and the avoided OHSS. It also provides a new approach for oocytes donation and fertility preservation. So， IVM is one of the hottest focal points of reproductive medicine. In this paper， we reviewed the clinical application of IVM， and its safety and pregnant rate， as well as its new progress.
