摘要:
根据薄型子宫内膜的病理病因及其发病机制,通过大量的临床数据、病例报道及相关参考文献,总结了目前临床上较为常用的治疗方法,简单分析了其治疗原理、临床疗效及相关不良反应。基于目前国内外的研究进展,本文探讨了再生医学应用于促进子宫内膜生长的可能性,重点讨论了骨髓间质干细胞(BMSCs)和子宫内膜干细胞(EDSCs)的作用原理及临床可行性,同时指出了其有待克服的局限性。分析薄型子宫内膜的研究进展,旨在为未来的临床治疗及科研创新提供参考。
