摘要: 近年迟发性性腺功能减退症(LOH)逐渐引起关注,相关基础研究取得许多进展。随着年
龄的增长,男性睾丸间质细胞数量减少和功能下降是LOH 的核心发病机制。睾丸间质细胞合成睾酮是一
系列酶促反应,受到多种转录因子的调控。睾丸间质细胞由睾丸间质干细胞分化而来,后者对睾丸间质细
胞的分化发育及LOH 新疗法的研究有重要意义。已初步分离鉴定睾丸间质干细胞。睾丸间质细胞及其干
细胞的移植成为最有前途的LOH 治疗的研究方向。

Abstract: In recent years,late鄄onset hypogonadism (LOH)attracted people’s attention. The basic
research of late鄄onset hypogonadism became research hot point. When men age,the number reduction and the
functional decline of leydig cells is the core of the disease pathogenesis. The synthesis of testosterone in leydig
cells is a series of enzymatic reactions controlled by a variety of transcription factors. Stem leydig cells
differentiate into leydig cells. Stem leydig cells is very important for the research of the development and
differentiation of Leydig cell and the new treatment of LOH. At present,stem leydig cells has been
successfully isolated and identified,but this research area is still in the initial stage. The transplantation of
leydig cells and stem leydig cells become the most promising way for new treatment research of LOH.
