摘要: 人绒毛膜促性腺激素(hCG)由胎盘滋养细胞产生。随着尿源性纯hCG以及重组hCG的出现,其已广泛用于临床人工辅助生殖技术(ART)中。近年研究发现,hCG用于体外受精/胞浆内单精子注射(IVF/ICSI)周期前预处理可以提高胚胎质量及临床妊娠结局;hCG可在黄体中期长方案及拮抗剂方案中替代黄体生成激素(LH)或卵泡刺激素(FSH)用于晚卵泡期超促排卵;同时hCG还可能通过介导免疫机制促进胚胎着床等。hCG在ART临床中起着不可替代的作用。

Abstract: Human chorionic gonadotropin(hCG) is produced by placental syneytiotrophoblast. Human urinary u-hCG and recombinant hCG, were now widely administered in assistant reproductive technique(ART). Recently, the embryo quality and clinical outcomes were improved by using hCG for pretreatment before IVF/ICSI cycles. hCG can be used for completing cotrolled ovarian stimulation in late follicular phase as a substitution of LH or FSH in both long?-protocol and antagonist-protocol, and for enhancing embryo invasion by immunologic mechanism. Generally, hCG plays an irreplaceable role in the clinic of ART.
