荧光原位杂交在植入前遗传学诊断中的应用

摘要: 随着辅助生殖技术的发展,植入前遗传学检查技术的进展也日新月异,荧光原位杂交(FISH)技术运用于植入前胚胎染色体异常的检测后,大大提高了体外受精的植入率和临床妊娠率,降低了流产率。目前荧光原位杂交技术主要应用于胚胎植入前遗传学筛查、染色体结构异常及性连锁遗传疾病的性别鉴定。但是,关于植入前遗传学诊断的远期安全性仍有很多争议,就目前荧光原位杂交技术在植入前遗传学诊断中的应用进行综述。

Abstract: As development of the assisted reproductive technique(ART), preimplantation genetic diagnosis(PGD) had been made great progress. The emergenced application of fluorescent in situ hybridization(FISH) in clinical raised implantation rate and clinical gestation rate consumedly in IVF, and lowed the miscarry rate. Now, FISH is widely used in aneuploidy screening, chromosome construction/structure abnormality and sex?鄄linked genetic diseases. But, the long?鄄term safety of PGD is still under controversy. In this review, we introduced application of FISH in the field of PGD.
