摘要:
随着生育年龄的推迟和生活环境的改变,越来越多的育龄期女性面临不孕症的困扰。影响女性生育力的因素众多,膳食干预备受关注。膳食模式中特定的营养素可以提供机体所需的营养物质,还可以通过提升卵子质量、调控性激素水平、减轻氧化应激和管理体质量等多种途径来改善女性生育力。地中海膳食、得舒膳食、抗炎膳食和生酮膳食这四种常见的膳食模式与女性生育力关系密切,它们在膳食组成、特点、适用人群等方面,存在着相当程度的重叠而又明显不同。目前,饮食疗法已有广泛应用,并取得了较为乐观的结果,但我国尚未将饮食疗法用于临床上改善女性生育力。综述不同膳食模式对女性生育力影响的研究进展,以期为临床治疗及科学研究提供参考。
