摘要: 鞘脂类是细胞膜上普遍存在的一种成分,其代谢产物1-磷酸鞘氨醇(sphingosine-1-phosphate,S1P)既可通过胞外受体途径又可作为胞内第二信使发挥重要的生理学功能,如调控细胞存活、生长、增殖和凋亡。S1P不但抑制辐射、热刺激等诱发的卵巢、卵母细胞以及男性生殖细胞发生细胞凋亡,而且外源性S1P可减少早期胚胎细胞凋亡,从而改善胚胎发育潜能。因此,S1P在提高人类辅助生殖技术临床结局方面有潜在的应用价值。

Abstract: Sphingolipids are ubiquitous components of cell membranes. Sphingosine-1-phosphate(S1P),one of the metabolities of sphingolipids,have important physiological functions,including regulation of cell survival,growth,proliferation and apoptosis. S1P acts as a regulator of cell function not only by binding to extracellular receptors but also by working as an intracellular second messenger. S1P could protect the ovary,oocyte and male germ cells from apoptosis induced by radiation and heat shock. Exogenous addition of S1P to the human embryo culture medium can decrease the apoptosis of the early embryo,which would improve the developmental potentiality of embryo. Thus,S1P could be used for improving the clinical outcomes of human assisted reproductive technology in future.
