摘要: 微小RNA(microRNA)是一种长度约19~25 nt的非编码RNA,通过碱基互补配对与mRNA的3’非翻译区结合降解靶基因或抑制其翻译,进行转录后负调控。迄今,上千种microRNA得到成功鉴定。microRNA不但在细胞的增殖、分化、凋亡、组织更新和干细胞分化过程中发挥作用,且参与生殖细胞发育、成熟和胚胎早期发育、激素分泌等生殖调节。

Abstract: microRNA, a class of noncoding RNA of approximately 19-25 nucleotides, which can regulate gene expression by binding to the region of 3’ UTR of the target mRNAs to degrade or suppress target genes, is a post-transcriptional regulation. At present, thousands of microRNAs have been identified successfully. It is demonstrated that microRNA play an important role in cellular proliferation and apoptosis, self-renewal, stem cell differentiation, as well as in the development of germ cell and embryo, the regulation of hormone secretion.
