摘要: 卵泡刺激素(FSH)是一种重要的女性生殖激素,是由垂体前叶合成和分泌的一种糖蛋白
激素。FSH与卵巢颗粒细胞膜上的特异性受体结合发挥生物学效应。卵泡刺激素受体(FSHR)属于G 蛋白
耦联受体超家族,与FSH 结合后激活环磷酸腺苷(cAMP)/ 蛋白激酶A(PKA)通路下游区信号级联放大,
促进颗粒细胞增殖分化和卵巢性激素的合成。

Abstract: Follicule鄄stimulating hormone(FSH)is the central hormone of female reproduction. This
gonadotropin is produced and secreted by the anterior pituitary gland as a glycoprotein. FSH evokes its
biological effects by interacting with a high affinity receptor(R)located on the plasma membrane of granulosa
cells in the ovary. The FSH receptor(FSHR)is a glycoprotein that belongs to the superfamily of G protein鄄
coupled receptors(GPCRs),and occupancy of the FSHR causes activation of signaling cascade downstream of
cAMP/PKA pathway. FSH can promote proliferation and differentiation of granulosa cells and synthesis of
sexual hormone.
