卵母细胞化学激活在精子及精细胞体外受精中的应用

摘要: 卵母细胞未完全激活是胞浆内单精子注射(intracytoplasmic sperm injection,ICSI)后受精失败或受精率低下的主要原因之一。单倍体圆形/长形精细胞(round/elong spermatid,RS/ES)与成熟精子相比,其受精能力及胚胎发育潜能较差。而卵母细胞化学激活可以显著改善由于卵母细胞未能激活导致的ICSI后受精失败或受精率低下,并可提高单倍体精细胞体外受精率及胚胎发育潜能。综述不同化学激活剂的作用原理及其在精子及精细胞体外受精中的应用。

Abstract: The incomplete oocyte activation is one of the main causes of fertilization failure or low fertilization after intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI). Fertilization rate and embryo developmental potential of haploid round/elong spermatid (RS/ES) were lower than those of mature spermatozoa. Chemical oocyte activation can significantly improve fertilization outcomes in cases with low fertilization rates or fertilization failure after ICSI using ejaculated sperm or spermatid from testis. In this paper, we reviewed the mechanisms of different chemical activators, and the application of chemical oocyte activation in micro-insemination with sperm and haploid spermatid.
