摘要： 妊娠合并症是产科临床上时常面临的问题，而其中又以妊娠合并糖尿病和高血压疾病为主，严重威胁孕产妇、胎儿、新生儿的生命安全和健康。近年来的多项研究更提示，妊娠合并糖尿病和高血压疾病可影响子代远期的健康，如成年期肥胖、2型糖尿病、高血压等，国内外学者倾向于认为此现象为“胎源性疾病”。但目前关于妊娠合并症对子代远期健康影响的研究还很缺乏，中国更是处于研究的初始阶段。综合近几年国内外的相关研究报道，综述此领域的最新进展。

Abstract: Pregnancy complications are very common in obstetrics, especially pregnancy with diabetes and hypertension, which seriously threaten the life safety and health of maternal, fetal and newborns. In recent years, several studies showed that pregnancy with diabetes and hypertension could also have long-term effects on offspring, such as adulthood obesity, type 2 diabetes and hypertension. Those effects were defined as the fetal origin of adult diseases. However, study on the long-term effects of pregnancy complications on offspring health is limited, especially in our country. We here reviewed the research progress on the effects of pregnancy complications on offsprings.
