摘要: 微小RNA(microRNA,miRNA)是一组不编码蛋白质的、长度约22~25个核苷酸的小分子RNA,通过碱基互补配对与靶mRNA的3′-非编码区结合降解靶基因或抑制其翻译,主要在转录或转录后水平调控细胞分化、增殖和凋亡,组织更新,新陈代谢和细胞寿命等生物过程。近年研究表明,miRNA在卵母细胞发育的各个阶段均有表达,并在卵巢中通过参与调节性腺发育、甾体类激素合成、排卵和黄体形成等,在卵泡发育和卵母细胞成熟等过程中发挥重要作用。miRNA的表达与卵泡正常生长发育密切相关。综述miRNA的作用机制和功能及其在卵泡发育各个阶段中作用的研究进展。

Abstract: MicroRNAs,a class of non-coding small RNAs with 22-25 nucleotides,regulate gene expression at the post-transcription level or translational level. MicroRNAs play important roles in multiple biological processes,including cell differentiation,proliferation and apoptosis,tissue self-renewal,metabolism and cell lifespan. It was reported that microRNAs expressed in oocytes at different development stages, and that microRNAs play important roles in ovarian follicular development and oocyte maturation through regulating gonad development,steroid hormone synthesis,ovulation and luteal formation. It is true that the expression of microRNAs is important for the normal follicular growth and development. The effects of microRNAs on follicular development were reviewed.
