摘要/Abstract

摘要： 体外受精-胚胎移植（in-vitro fertilization-embryo transfer，IVF-ET）技术是目前解决不孕症最为有效的治疗方式之一，但胚胎种植率偏低仍是困扰临床医生们的难题之一。影响胚胎种植率因素包括两方面，即来自胚胎的胚胎质量因素和来自母体的子宫内膜容受性因素。现结合近年国内外研究对挑选优质胚胎的新方法，如缩时摄影技术和植入前遗传学筛查，以及子宫内膜容受性和内膜种植窗的相关研究进展进行综述。

关键词: 受精, 体外, 胚胎移植, 胚胎植入, 植入前诊断

Abstract: In-vitro fertilization-embryo transfer（IVF-ET） is one of the most effective therapies for human infertility. However, the low implantation rate is still one of the clinical problems. The factors related to the rate of embryo implantation are from two aspects, factors of embryo quality and factors of endometrial receptivity. In this review, we discuss the new methods of selecting high-quality embryos such as time-lapse and pre-implantation genetic screening, as well as the endometrial receptivity and window of implantation.
