摘要:
畸形精子症为男性不育症的常见类型,人类精子中的鱼精蛋白作为精子变形期与成熟期的重要蛋白,与精子形态密切相关。对近年来人精子鱼精蛋白与畸形精子症相关文献进行综述,发现在人精子中鱼精蛋白缺陷、鱼精蛋白基因表达异常及鱼精蛋白的基因多态性时,均可出现精子形态异常,降低患者生育力;在畸形精子症患者的精子中可出现鱼精蛋白缺陷、鱼精蛋白基因表达异常及鱼精蛋白的基因多态性;提示人精子鱼精蛋白异常是畸形精子症的重要影响因素。研究者尝试对鱼精蛋白异常的畸形精子症患者进行针对性治疗研究,取得了一定疗效。
