摘要: 胚胎着床是子宫内膜接受胚胎植入的过程。胚胎植入需要经过定位、黏附、侵入3个过程以实现继续妊娠。成功的植入需要同步发育的正常胚胎、容受性的内膜及胚胎和母体不断进行相互对话来实现。目前研究发现很多调节胚胎着床的重要分子和基因,但仍有很多物质及其功能是不完全了解的,并不断有新的在胚胎种植过程中起重要作用的分子和基因或者已知分子和基因的新功能被发现。胚胎着床机制的研究对于不孕症的诊断和治疗具有重要意义。

Abstract: Embryo implantation is a process of endometrium accepting embryo. Human embryo implantation is consist of three-stage process: apposition, adhesion and invasion. Successful implantation requires a functionally normal blastocyst, a receptive endometrium, and adequate maternal-fetal interaction. A large number of molecular mediators and genes have been identified, but many new molecular mediators and genes were undiscovered. New functions of those moleculars and genes are investigated. Research on mechanisms of embryo implantation is conducive to the diagnosis and treatment of infertility.
