摘要： 对在妊娠早期如何及时利用现有的方法（超声检查、茁鄄hCG 和孕激素检测等）动态观察早
期妊娠的发展状况，在时间及空间上早期鉴别宫内外妊娠，适时地观察妊娠的发展、鉴别胚胎的质量做介绍。目的是适时地进行干预以减少妊娠早期的并发症。

关键词: 早孕, 人绒毛膜促性腺激素, 孕激素, 染色体, 预后

Abstract: It is very important to know how to use ultrasound，serial β-hCG and progesterone to observe the development of early pregnancy to diagnose the position and quality of pregnancy in the early stage in order to interfere properly and reduce the complications.
