摘要： 随着植入前遗传学诊断（PGD）技术的日益普及，胚胎活检的安全性也备受关注。胚胎的活检时机、透明带打孔的方法等均可能对胚胎后续的发育造成一定的影响。目前的研究主要关注活检后到植入前囊胚阶段的发育，以及出生到幼儿期（2岁）的生长发育，但对成人后的远期安全性问题尚缺乏数据。

Abstract: With the wide application of preimplantation genetic diagnosis （PGD），the safety issue of embryo biopsy was emphasized again. The technique points，such as biopsy stages and methods of zona drilling，may have impact on the embryo development after biopsy. Current study on the safety of embryo biopsy mainlyfocused on two stages，the first stage from biopsy to blastocyst development，and the second stage from birth totwo years old. No data was available for the long term safety of adults born after PGD.
