摘要: 随着男科学研究的深入,精子评估已由传统的精液常规分析向细胞、分子水平深入发
展。精子染色质完整性是反映男性生育力的新指标,其影响到辅助生殖技术(ART)中的受精率、胚胎质量
和妊娠率等,与ART 结局密切相关。检测精子染色质完整性,采取适当措施获得染色质无损伤或损伤较
小的精子,对改善ART结局十分必要。精子染色质结构分析是目前检测精子染色质完整性最常用的方法
之一。现就精子染色质损伤的机制与检测方法、其与ART 结局的关系以及ART中染色质损伤的防治做文
献综述。

Abstract: As there is an increase of researches concerning andrology,the assessment of sperm has
come to the cellular and molecular level. Sperm chromatin integrity is a new marker of male fertility. It affects
the fertilization,embryo quality,pregnancy and so on. Accordingly,it is necessary to detect sperm chromatin
integrity and adopt certain measures to obtain those sperm with less or no damage,which this can improve the
outcome of ART. Sperm chromatin structure assay(SCSA)is one of the common techniques to measure sperm
chromatin integrity. This review focuses on the mechanism and detection of sperm chromatin integrity damage,
its association with reproductive outcomes,and relevant treatment strategies in assisted reproductive
technology
