Abstract: The ovarian tissue vitrification was one of the main methods to preserve female fertility in recent two decades. It is an emerging technology of biological cryopreservation，which has been developed with great success for freezing ovarian tissue of both human beings and animal. Compared with program freezing，vitrification method is fast，low expensive and convenient. However，there is not the standard protocol of vitrification as the program freezing. This review summarized those protocols of ovarian tissue vitrification published newly，to explore how to select the proper freezing protocol.
