摘要： 【摘 要】 辅助生殖技术 （ART） 在中国应用20多年来， 体外受精-胚胎移植 （IVF-ET） 及卵子胚胎冷
冻、 卵子体外成熟等衍生技术取得了飞速的发展。进步诚然可喜， 但随着生殖医学技术的发展，一直伴随
着风险和挑战，如超排卵导致的卵巢过度刺激综合征 （OHSS） 、 腹腔内出血、 多胎妊娠、实验室操作差错、 胞
浆内单精子注射 （ICSI） 及植入前遗传学诊断 （PGD）对子代的远期影响等。衡量成功的辅助生殖技术时，妊
娠率不是唯一的标准， 出于优生优育的目的， ART应从安全、有效、 舒适、 经济、 简便， 为大众所接受等方面
综合考虑。在提高妊娠率的同时，应特别关注对其风险进行防治。

Abstract: Assisted reproductive techniques （粤砸栽）has been developed rapidly for the last two
decades in China. There has been manya challenge of ART’ s risks, such as OHSS, puncture trauma
hemorrhage, mutiple pregnancy, IVF laboratory blunder in embryo and sperm manipulation are the common
complications, as well as the long-term effects from the ICSI or PGD, which are warns for collegues. Beinga
successful ART, the pregnancy rate alone should not be the only consideration. There are other aspects and
ideals of dealing with the risks of ART that we should seek. The successful ART should be safe, comfortable
and cost effective. The issues need to be totally considered.
