摘要: Notch受体是进化上高度保守的跨膜受体蛋白家族,广泛存在于多个物种中。研究发现,Notch信号传导通路相关分子广泛存在于人体不同组织中,调节细胞的增殖、分化及凋亡等,参与恶性细胞的侵袭转移,并且和胚胎发育、血管发生及胎盘血管生理性改变等过程密切相关。综述关于Notch信号传导通路增强滋养细胞侵袭性,参与胎盘血管形成等方面的研究。

Abstract: Notch signaling is an evolutionally conserved system, which generally expressed in invertebrates and vertebrates to control cell fates, including human tissues. NOTCH receptor is a member of transmenbrane receptor family. Notch pathway regulates cell differentiation, proliferation, apoptosis, as well as invasiveness and metastasis of malignant cells. It plays an important role in embryogenesis, angiogenesis and the physical accommodation of placental vessels. This review summarized the current knowledge of Notch signaling pathway enhancing the invasiveness of trophoblasts and angiogenesis of placenta.
