摘要： 单根皮下埋植避孕剂是一种新型的高效、长效、可逆的单方孕激素避孕方法。其可接受性强，安全性高，放置和取出方便，有效期可达3年。相较Norplant皮下埋植系统，埋植剂的根数由6根减少至1根，埋植时间和取出时间明显缩短。单根皮下埋植避孕剂的不良反应主要是与单方孕激素相关的月经模式的改变，月经模式改变尤其是月经增多也是停用单根皮下埋植避孕剂的主要原因。其他常见的不良反应还包括痤疮、体质量增加和骨密度改变等。在临床使用中应注意掌握其禁忌证并密切随访。

Abstract: The single rod etonogestrel implant is a new implantable，highly effective，long-acting，reversible，progestin-only contraceptive. More advantages include its strong receptability，high safety，convenient insertion and remove，and long validity of 3 years. Compared with Norplant system of 6 roots，this single root implanont is inserted only one root，with significantly shortened times for insertion and remove. As a progestin-only contraceptive，this implant has a main side effect of menstrual disorder that users more likely discontinue，especially if the bleeding is prolonged. The other common adverse events includ acne，weight gain，and changes of bone density. In clinical practice，its contraindications should be cared，and more follow-up studies should be conducted.
