摘要: 卵巢储备功能减退(decreased ovarian reserve,DOR)是生育力低下的表现,与低妊娠率、高流产率及高产科并发症有关。线粒体是细胞中重要的细胞器,是能量供应中心,参与卵母细胞的成熟、受精等一系列重要的生理过程。线粒体DNA(mtDNA)是独立于细胞核基因组外的遗传物质。线粒体遗传异常:线粒体数量变化、mtDNA片段缺失、突变均影响线粒体功能,导致能量产生减少,进而影响卵母细胞的发育。生殖学家们尝试利用线粒体移植来改善DOR患者的卵母细胞质量,获得一定的进展。因此,从线粒体角度探讨DOR的病因可为研究DOR机制提供新的思路及方向。

Abstract: Decreased ovarian reserve (DOR), a premature low fertility, is associated with the low pregnancy rate, high miscarriage rate and high incidence of obstetric complications. Mitochondria are the energy supply center, which involved in a series of important physiological processes such as oocyte maturation and fertilization. Mitochondrial DNA (mtDNA) is a genetic material independent of the nuclear genome. Mitochondrial genetic abnormalities such as change in mitochondrial number, deletion of mtDNA fragments and mutation affect mitochondrial function result in the decreased energy production, thereby affecting oocyte development. In recent years, biologists have made some progress in using the mitochondrial transplantation to improve oocyte quality in patients with DOR. Therefore, we discuss the DOR etiology related to mitochondria, so as to provide a new idea for the future study of DOR mechanism.
