摘要:
子宫内膜异位症(endometriosis,EMs)是女性常见的妇科疾病,痛经、慢性盆腔痛及不孕是其主要临床表现。EMs的发病机制尚不清楚,但EMs相关暴露因素和发生、发展可贯穿女性一生,对女性生命健康造成严重的负面影响。痛经是青少年女性最常见的月经症状,EMs是青少年继发性痛经最常见的原因。青少年痛经与EMs的诊断密切相关,但目前校园、家庭和医疗机构对于青少年痛经的重视程度远远不足。从青少年痛经开始监控和管理EMs的发生,进行健康教育和心理治疗,提高对该病的认识,建立有效的患病风险预测模型,及时进行预防和诊疗,将有助于避免疾病的进展,有效降低EMs对女性全生命周期的不良影响。
