多囊卵巢综合征胰岛素抵抗与信号通路缺陷

摘要: 磷脂酰肌醇3 激酶/蛋白激酶B(PI3K/AKT)、丝裂原活化蛋白激酶/细胞外信号调节激
酶(MAPK/ERK)通路是胰岛素作用的两条主要信号途径,主要完成胰岛素调节代谢、调控细胞生存与凋
亡的重要生理学功能。多囊卵巢综合征患者体内两通路状态呈现出其特异性,即胰岛素信号通路缺陷并
可表现为明显的胰岛素抵抗。多囊卵巢综合征患者胰岛素抵抗学说众多,主要包括胰岛素抵抗的通路选
择性、组织特异性、内在性和(或)获得性、循环胰岛素抵抗和局部胰岛素敏感等不同学说,多囊卵巢综合
征患者不同组织器官PI3K/AKT 和MAPK/ERK 通路状态各异。

Abstract: PI3K/AKT、MAPK/ERK cascades were two main cell signaling pathways of insulin effects,
which served to regulate cell metabolism, survival and apoptosis. It was autospecific that the states of these two
pathways in polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)patients, which meaned defects in insulin signaling pathways
and insulin resistance.There were lots of theories about insulin resistance in women with PCOS, including that
insulin resistance in PCOS women metained pathway鄄selective, tissue-specific, intrinsic and(or)acquired and
some special tissue remained insulin-sensitive despite the insulin-resistance in serum. The conditions of PI3K/
AKT and MAPK/ERK pathways in organs of PCOS patients differed from each other.
