线粒体功能指标在辅助生殖技术中的应用

摘要: 【摘要】细胞核、质同步发育的卵母细胞是辅助生殖技术(ART)获得成功的关键因素之一。线粒体是为细胞活动提供能量的细胞器,可作为衡量细胞质成熟的标志,大量证据显示了线粒体在卵母细胞发育与辅助生殖中的重要作用。本文中我们讨论了线粒体的各项功能指标及其与卵母细胞发育的关系,也分析了ART对线粒体功能的影响及可能的线粒体保护手段。

Abstract: 【Abstract】It is important for assisted reproductive techniques(ART)to choose oocytes which develop their nucleus and cytoplasm synchronously. Mitochondria are cellular organelles that are required for energy production. Emerging evidence demonstrates their role on oocyte development and reproduction. Mitochondria could be used for measuring the quality of oocyte cytoplasm. In this review,we discuss the indicators of mitochondria ,analyze the affect of ART on mitochondria function as well as the ways to protect oocyte mitochondria.
