Abstract: Female fecundity, which depends on the ovarian reserve, plays important role in human reproduction. The age-related poorer outcome of ART largely attributes to the declined oocyte quality and quantity. Some ovarian reserve tests(ORTs) and predictors have been applied in infertile patients undergoing IVF/ICSI treatment to explore individualized FSH dose regimens. Anti-Müllerian hormone (AMH) and inhibin B(INH B) could be considered as two markers of ovarian reserve and outcomes of ART. It was acceptable that AMH could be used to predict the poor ovarian response, excessive response and ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome, and that INH B was not better predictor than others. In fact, there was a very good predictor to predict accurately the pregnancy outcomes of ART.
