摘要:

当前临床胚胎师职业发展存在一些问题,主要表现在临床胚胎师的实际医疗岗位特点与现行职业分类(检验技术类和科研类)不匹配,职称晋升体系的考核内容与临床胚胎师实际岗位需求匹配性欠佳;缺少临床胚胎师注册、培训及考核平台,现有的培训模式(国家培训基地、内部“师徒制”)培训质量参差不齐。在人工智能以及物联网联合应用背景下,临床胚胎师标准化培养及考核模式仍需不断探索。现通过结合国内外现状和国家卫生健康委员会关于辅助生殖技术管理规范,提出标准化培养模式的建议:通过政策支持,增设“临床胚胎学技术”专业,以培训基地颁发的资格证书作为参加“国家职业资格考试”的依据,打通初级到高级职称评审的通路;通过国家公共平台建设,提供临床胚胎师职业注册和系统学习的基础,实现知识体系不断更新,最终实现临床胚胎学技术快速发展,造福不孕不育患者。

Abstract:

There are some issues in the current career development of clinical embryologists, mainly manifested in the mismatch between the actual medical job characteristics of clinical embryologists and the current occupational classifications (such as laboratory technology and researcher categories), as well as the poor alignment between the assessment content of the professional title promotion system and the actual job requirements of clinical embryologists; there is a lack of a registration, training, and assessment platform for clinical embryologists, while the quality of existing training models (national training bases, internal mentorship) varies. Against the backdrop of the combined application of artificial intelligence and the internet of things, the standardized training and assessment model for clinical embryologists still requires continuous exploration. This article, based on the current domestic and international situation and the National Health Commission's management regulations on assisted reproduction technology, proposes some recommendations for the standardized training model. Through policy support, the establishment of a "Clinical Embryology Technology" major, with the qualification certificate issued by the training base serving as the basis for participating in the "National Vocational Qualification Examination", will open the pathway of professional title evaluation from junior to senior. The construction of a national public platform will provide a foundation for the professional registration and systematic learning of clinical embryologists, enabling continuous updates to the knowledge system and ultimately achieving rapid development of clinical embryology technology, which will benefit infertile patients.
