抑制素B对精子发生障碍的诊断参考价值

摘要： 抑制素B是睾丸分泌的一种糖蛋白激素，受垂体卵泡刺激素(FSH)特异调控，具有昼夜分泌节律性并随年龄增加而变化。成年男性抑制素B几乎全部来自于睾丸，且其组装过程大部分在生精细胞内完成，而后释放到循环和精浆，因此血清和精浆抑制素B水平与精子发生同步。由于使用高特异性抗体，酶联免疫吸附法（双抗体夹心ELISA法）可精确测定具有生物活性的抑制素B，满足科研和临床的需要。抑制素B的浓度在精子发生障碍时会出现变化，通过测定其浓度可对精子发生状态作出评估，在鉴别梗阻性与非梗阻性无精子症方面也具有较高的特异性与敏感性。

Abstract: Inhibin B is one of glycoprotein hormones secreted by testis and regulated specifically by follicle stimulating hormone from pituitary. Its secretion has circadian rhythm and it changes with aging. Inhibin B in male adult almost derives from testis and its assemble process is mostly finished in the spermatogenic cells. Then it is released to the circulation and seminal plasma. As a result， the levels of inhibin B in the serum and seminal plasma are synchronized to spermatogenesis. Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay （Double-antibody Sandwich Method of ELISA） can determine precisely biological active inhibin B due to the use of the high specific antibody， which could meet the needs of scientific research and clinical diagnosis. The concentration of inhibin B changes with spermatogenetic malfunction. Therefore， spermatogenesis status can be assessed by measurement of inhibin B concentration. It has higher sensitivity and specificity in differential obstructive and non-obstructive azoospermia.
